This application by Trango Climbing offers workout timers based on the Rock Climber's Training Manual protocol and the Rock Prodigy series of hangboards:

<li>General Fitness exercises</li>
<li>Free Work, Timed Rest (e.g. Bouldering rounds, Campusboard) *</li>
<li>Timed Work, Timed Rest (e.g. ARC, Climbing rounds) *</li>
</ul>

The hangboard timer is a notable feature of this application, providing a timer with repetitions of short Hang and Rest periods (a Set) followed by a longer Break period. Users have the flexibility to customize the number of Exercises, Sets, and Repetitions, and choose the duration of Work, Rest, and Break (rest between sets) periods. Moreover, the app includes 3 default training cycles for beginner, moderate, and advanced climbers. During these workouts, hand grips are displayed on the screen. Additionally, users can modify the settings of a default workout or create a completely custom workout.

The remaining timers can be used for various climbing and general exercises such as timing rest periods during campus board training, core fitness exercises, bouldering wall climbing rounds, ARCing, and multiple other exercise routines.
